In the late 1980s, founder See Kok Chai saw a future for Malaysia’s infrastructure while working in Singapore and New Zealand. Recognizing the power of modern machinery, he introduced the nation's first concrete pump and launched SEP Concrete Pump with his brother, See Kok Cheong.
